Saudi Aramco has a long and proud history of training Saudi nationals. There are tens of thousands of nationals who ascribe their career success to opportunities afforded by the Training and Career Development organization in particular. However, it has recently become apparent that the rate of change in the Saudi Aramco workplace and in the character of Saudi youth necessitate a fresh look at where training is and what needs to be done to equip the workforce for the future.
